Screen repairs: Lifetime warranty, provided the screen isn’t scratched or cracked after repair.
Other repairs: 90-day warranty on battery, back glass, and charge port repairs.

We repair smartphones, tablets, gaming consoles, smartwatches, and more. Anything tech related. Contact us for specific devices not listed.
1. Get a Quote: Start by filling out our online form to receive an estimate.
2. Approve the Estimate: If you’re satisfied with the price, complete the mail-in form on the Mail-In Page and pay for your shipping label.
3. Ship Your Device: Use the provided shipping label to send your device to us.
4. Device Repair: We will repair your device within 1-3 business days after receiving it.
5. Receive Your Device: Once repaired, we’ll ship your device back to you with tracking information.
If a $30 deposit was taken for diagnostics, it will not be refunded if your device is deemed beyond repair. However, this deposit isn’t an additional charge — it’s applied toward the total cost of parts if the device is repairable, or it covers the labor involved in diagnostics if it’s not.

We offer several quality options for parts to repair your device, including aftermarket, premium/refurbished, and OEM service pack parts.
Aftermarket: Budget-friendly, but may lack the same durability or quality as OEM parts.
Premium/Refurbished: A balance between cost and quality, often performing similarly to OEM parts without the branding.
OEM: Exact match for your device, including logos and original branding, but usually the most expensive option.
If our technicians don’t provide specific options, assume the part is aftermarket or premium quality, and it may not have the original logos. We typically use premium parts unless you request a lower-cost option or OEM part.
We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience. You can pay in person with cash or CashApp. Alternatively, you can use our online portal by signing in with your last name and ticket number. Once logged in, select the open invoice, and click the “Pay with PayPal” option at the top, where you’ll also have the option to pay with any card you prefer.
If you experience any issues after your repair, please reach out to us via email, phone, or text. We’ll promptly review the problem, and if it’s covered under our warranty, we’ll fix it at no additional cost.
Repair costs vary depending on the device type and the specific repair needed. We encourage you to request a free quote through our website for exact pricing, and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible. For the fastest response, feel free to text us — texting typically gets you an answer the quickest.
We also offer price matching with reputable local companies. If you find a lower price elsewhere, we’ll match it, provided it’s a legitimate business in the area. We reserve the right to decline price matching, especially if the price difference is too significant.
We do not currently offer water damage repair services. However, we hope to introduce this service soon, along with data recovery options. For now, we recommend reaching out to other local repair shops if you require immediate assistance with water damage.
We do not have a physical storefront. Instead, we offer a mobile repair service or mail-in repair option. For residents in the Tulsa area, we provide free travel for on-site repairs. Customers outside of the Tulsa area will incur a travel fee of $0.35 per mile. This fee covers the distance to your location, driving to pick up parts, and any travel related to your repair ticket, including the return trip to our office.
Yes, we repair all types of gaming consoles, including PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, and Nintendo Switch. We also service retro gaming consoles and offer retro console modding for enthusiasts. Whether it’s HDMI port issues, disk drive malfunctions, internal component failures, or controller problems, our team has the expertise to get your console back in working order.
